Key
features of the NEAXMail AD-64 include a new centralized system
administration console and client desktop mailbox management.
Administrators can manage the AD-64 from any PC over the LAN
using an intuitively designed System Administration Console.
The Administration Console is accessible via an IP connection,
making system administration more efficient. Additionally, since
Windows 2000 Server maintenance utililities are familiar to
many System Administrators, the need to learn a new interface
is greatly reduced.
The
desktop Mailbox Manager on client machines allows end users
to modify their own mailbox greetings, security codes, notifications,
groups, conversation preferences, and other settings.
The
Live Record feature enables a subscriber to record incoming
calls at any point during the call and save the recording to
a personal mailbox and/or forward it to other subscribers. This
allows phone conversations to be archived for future reference.
The
NEAXMail AD-64 also features a customized digital integration
to your NEC telephone system. This digital integration provides
accurate message taking, reliable message lamp control, and
message delivery. Speed and accuracy is a fundamental feature.
