The NEAXMail® AD-8 Solution
The NEAXMail AD-8 voice mail system will handle your organization's communication needs, provide better service and maximize employee productivity. The combined functionality of a sophisticated auto attendant and customized digital integration enables the system to answer and route your calls quickly and efficiently. Also, the system can place callers on hold, inform them of the number of calls holding ahead and update the information. It can screen calls and announce the name of the caller, giving you the option to take the call or send it to voice mail.

Many systems today are complex and difficult to work with so that many of the features are not used. Callers and employees will find the AD-8 simple and easy to learn and, consequently, make full use of all the features. Employees may choose from many options to customize their mailboxes. For example, there are three personal greetings available.

In addition, callers can leave several messages with a single call. The Audiotext feature can be scheduled to play pre-recorded announcements so that staff spends less time dispersing routine information.

Full Digital Integration
Unlike many voice mail systems that do not integrate well, the NEAXMail AD-8 is digitally linked inside your NEAX 2000 platform. This customized digital integration provides speed and accuracy. Callers speed through the system getting to their ultimate destination faster than traditional voice mail systems.

Employees connect directly to their voice mail to retrieve messages instead of being routed to a main voice mail greeting first. These direct connect capabilities ultimately lessen the load on your telephone system. The entire voice messaging process is simplified, enhancing accuracy and speed.

Experience Live Record
By simply pressing a key at any time in a phone conversation, a subscriber can activate Live Record. Once the call is concluded, the conversation can be sent to another employee or it will be automatically archived for future reference. Live Record prevents the misinterpretation of information and simplifies the entire communication process.
