Following are the unique product and service offerings which are provided by Mercury Communication Services of San Antonio. No one else comes close to our guarantee in writing. The Mercury Difference:

• Maintenance Guarantee
  -- Maintenance prices will not increase over the five years of the agreement.
  
  -- In a non-emergency situation, Mercury guarantees its on-site response time, or the customer's warranty or maintenance period is extended by an additional month.
  
  -- Mercury guarantees to complete any request for parts or labor within one business week, or the customer receives a 10 percent discount.
  
  
• Price Protection Guarantee
  -- Mercury guarantees that the price of component parts in current production, including telephones, will never increase as long as the customer chooses to use a system purchased from and maintained by Mercury.
  
  
• Obsolescence Guarantee
  -- Mercury guarantees the trade-in price on a customer's equipment, if it was purchased from Mercury, maintained by Mercury and traded in on a new Mercury system.
  
  
• Guarantee of Maintenance Agreement Continuity
  -- Mercury guarantees that a customer's maintenance contract will never be cancelled by Mercury for any reason other than non-payment.
